About the Role
As a People Systems Specialist – Oracle HCM you will take ownership of the administration, optimisation and governance of our Oracle Cloud HCM platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning workforce data into trusted, accurate insights that drive real decisions. You'll be the go-to person for Oracle HCM administration, data governance and workforce reporting, working closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and Technology to keep our people systems running smoothly and delivering real value from our HCM investment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Administer and configure Oracle Cloud HCM — Core HR, Recruiting and future Oracle HCM capabilities including workflows, approvals and access.
- Coordinate with Oracle, implementation partners and internal Technology on issue resolution.
- Maintain workforce data standards, governance controls, validation and audit processes.
- Ensure accuracy of workforce reporting and analytics — headcount, attrition, recruitment, diversity, and other org metrics.
- Support the delivery of executive and Board-level reporting, dashboards on workforce insights.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate employee lifecycle processes.
- Support enhancements, release cycles, testing, UAT and business readiness activities.
About You
- Hands-on experience administering Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and recruitment modules essential)
- Skilled in building workforce reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel or HRIS tools
- Strong understanding of core workforce metrics — headcount, turnover, recruitment, compliance .
- Solid grounding in data governance — validation, reconciliation, audit and data quality principles .
- Able to translate business requirements into practical system and reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting system releases, UAT, testing and issue resolution.
- Confident engaging stakeholders across P&C;, Payroll, Finance and Technology.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and trusted with confidential workforce information.
- Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or Data Analytics desirable; Oracle/data certs a plus
