Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Centennial Lodge.

As a Casual PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing while enjoying the flexibility of casual employment. Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
- Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control
- practices.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.




- Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
- A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk.
- Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts .

Key Requirements

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
