Role Description The Pricing and Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangalore, TAS. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing transport and trip cost calculations, supporting pricing decisions, and ensuring accurate booking and verification of purchase invoices. The specialist will manage order processing, shipment instructions, track and trace activities, and status updates in internal systems, while coordinating with freight forwarders and suppliers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.

Daily tasks include monitoring KPIs, supporting risk management and continuity planning, assisting with international trade compliance,



and contributing to process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including experience with pricing, cost analysis, and post-calculation of transports and trips.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, and track & trace activities.
- Knowledge of international trade compliance, tariffs, and risk management practices in global supply chains.
- Proficiency with business software and ERP or logistics systems, including accurate data entry, status updates, and invoice processing.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with freight forwarders and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work to defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Relevant academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in a pricing, operations, or supply chain support role is highly beneficial; familiarity with quality management systems is an advantage.
