About the role

Reporting to the National Pricing Manager, you'll support our advanced pricing operations project by bringing your billing and Visage knowledge into testing, process improvement and system development. Your work will include:

- Providing practical billing support and advice,



while using your Visage knowledge to identify opportunities to improve workflows and functionality
- Supporting the testing and implementation of system changes and automation, including developing test scenarios, identifying issues and confirming fixes
- Supporting the development and rollout of the new price change process, ensuring changes are accurate, tested and implemented effectively
- Reviewing current billing processes and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Working with relevant teams to document processes, test changes and provide feedback from a billing user's perspective
- Troubleshooting billing and Visage issues, escalating more complex issues where required, and contributing practical ideas to improve how our systems and processes operate

About you

- Experience in radiology billing
- Good working knowledge of Visage
- An understanding of how system and pricing changes impact billing
- Comfortable with testing and quality checking processes
- Enjoys finding better, simpler and more efficient ways of working
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and communicate clearly with both technical and operational teams
- An interest in automation and process improvement
