We are looking for an experienced Product Architect to help shape the future of GUIDE for Residents, TechnologyOne's AI-powered resident engagement platform, defining the architecture, integration strategy and digital experience that connects residents, councils, knowledge, workflows and AI services. This is a strategic role that combines deep product thinking with strong technical expertise to design solutions that solve challenges for our customers.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and stakeholders across the business to define product direction, influence architecture, and ensure our suite continues to deliver modern, scalable and intuitive experiences.

What you'll be doing:

- Define the architecture for AI-powered resident experiences, including agent orchestration, knowledge management, conversational AI, voice, workflow automation and analytics capabilities
- Translate customer needs, market insights and business priorities into scalable product designs and solution architecture.
- Championing AI-assisted development, Claude is our tool of choice.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering and UX teams to design, validate and deliver high- quality product capabilities.
- Provide architectural leadership across new initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with TechnologyOne standards.
- Influence product roadmaps by identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, automation and customer value.
- Mentor a small team of developers - coaching them to resolve complex technical and functional challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
- Champion design consistency, architectural quality and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to technical decision making, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the wider R&D; team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

Your Talents…





- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Engineer within enterprise SaaS software or similar.
- Experience designing citizen, customer, digital service or self-service platforms delivering high-volume customer interactions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, customer focused product solutions.
- Robust understanding of AI platforms, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration and AI assisted development
- Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API strategies across complex vendor ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
