St Vincent De Paul in Warwick is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to deliver end-to-end support for clients through our Cornerstone Homelessness program, using a housing-first approach.

You will provide holistic case management, referrals and advocacy to assist clients from intake to exit, including tenancy sustainment and access to safe housing. This is a permanent, full time position based in Warwick.
