This is both a pastoral and pioneering role—strengthening an established Kids ministry while building a sustainable Youth ministry for the future. This part-time role (3 days per week) is centred on Sunday ministry and discipleship. You will support our existing Kids ministry while leading the development and launch of a Youth ministry. Key responsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight to Kids and Youth ministriesDisciple and build relationships with children, young people and familiesRecruit, equip and support volunteersPartner with parents in the discipleship of their childrenDevelop pathways from Kids ministry into Youth and from Youth into the wider life of the churchEnsure ministries are secure, sustainable and well organisedCommitment to following,
