THE WORK:

As a ServiceNowArchitect you will support the sales pursuit activities, integrated solutiondesignsand complex program delivery for our clients.

- Develop solutions for salesopportunityincluding value proposition, roadmaps, architecture, supportofferings to win deals.

- Knowledge of businessprocessand ServiceNow product to support development and expansion ofsolutionto meet business strategy.

- Provide direction in applying technology to theclientbusiness.

- Facilitate clientworkshop, document businessrequirement, and developa solution.

- Develop technical solution design with technical architects to create corresponding cost estimates.

- Support presales technical and functional activity for clients.

- Share knowledgetothe delivery team to ensure smooth transfer from sales to delivery.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Working experience as ServiceNow Architect with certified implementationspecialistiaon

- Experiencetranslating technical solutionrequirementto businessrequirementand customer outcomes.

- Experience in explaining complex topics clearly and concisely to business and clients.

- Expertisein one or more of the following ServiceNow applications:ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM

- Strong communicationskills with the ability to break down complex scenarios and describe solutions to business and technical audiences
