Regional Supervisor - Civil Construction & Earthworks

But if you're a hands-on Civil Construction leader who understands detailed earthworks, production planning, regional project delivery, and what it takes to build critical infrastructure in the real world, keep reading.

We're looking for an experienced Supervisor who can lead crews across a range of civil construction projects throughout regional Western Australia, including major earthworks, CBH facilities, infrastructure upgrades, and bulk civil works. This role is for someone who knows the difference between moving dirt and building something that can last.

What you'll be doing

Supervising civil construction crews on active project sites

Coordinating detailed earthworks and production activities

Planning daily and Managing plant, labour, subcontractors, and resources

Delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to specification

Working closely with Project Managers, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

✅ Civil construction experience

✅ Detailed earthworks and roadworks knowledge

✅ Solid production planning and scheduling capability

✅ Experience delivering infrastructure, industrial, or CBH projects





✅ Practical leadership skills and the ability to manage crews in regional environments

✅ A supervisor who can think ahead, solve problems, and get work done

❌ Supervisors whose experience is primarily in mining production

❌ People who prefer managing from a vehicle instead of leading from the front

❌ Candidates expecting FIFO lifestyle and working in the same place The lifestyle

Our projects are based throughout regional WA. We operate a range of drive-in/drive-out arrangements and project-specific rosters designed to suit our work and our people.

You'll stay in regional communities, not large mining camps.
