We are looking for passionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our close-knit team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with a broad range of medical needs.

Hospital provides a diverse range of medical, specialist surgical, rehabilitation, emergency and allied health services, giving you the opportunity to broaden your clinical skills and gain valuable experience across a variety of presentations. What You Will Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse within the Medical Unit, you will:

- Provide secure, high-quality and person-centred nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Complete clinical assessments and monitor patients, recognising and escalating changes in condition.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised plans of care in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice and NSW Health policies.
- Support patients and their families through education, communication and compassionate care.
- Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a safe and supportive clinical environment.
- Participate in ongoing education, professional development and quality improvement activities.

Previous medical nursing experience is desirable; however, we welcome Registered Nurses from a range of clinical backgrounds who are keen to develop their skills within a supportive Medical Unit. How You Will Be Supported

Essential Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
