About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward at HYDE Perth, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen and food & beverage operations running smoothly. Working as part of a dynamic team across our restaurant and function teams, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Keeping kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils and work areas clean and hygienic to a high standard
- Operating commercial dishwashing equipment and using cleaning products safely and correctly
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchens and food outlets
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety requirements




- Assisting with the movement and organisation of deliveries, stock and waste throughout the loading bay
- Relocating waste and recycling bins as required and keeping back-of-house areas clean, safe and organised
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure a seamless operation, particularly during busy service periods
