Bring Your OSHC Experience to Broome

Lead educational programming and pedagogy for an OSHC service in Broome. Mentor educators, ensure NQF compliance, evaluate play-based programs, and support child safety to deliver high-quality care for children aged 5–12.

Duties

- Lead planning and evaluation of play-based programs
- Mentor educators to strengthen practice and consistency
- Build relationships with families and community stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Drive Quality Improvement Plan and reflective practice

What You'll Bring to the Role

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check and accredited Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
- Background in OSHC environments and program planning
- Proven leadership, communication, and educator mentoring skills
