Your new roleAs a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading residential projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with project managers, consultants and construction teams, you will be responsible for driving design outcomes, overseeing technical delivery and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with project objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading town house and multi-dwelling residential developments from concept through to construction.
- Managing DA, CC and CDC documentation and approvals.
- Coordinating consultants, councils and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with NSW planning controls, NCC requirements and residential design standards.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members.




- Supporting projects during construction and resolving site-related design matters.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A degree qualification in Architecture.
- Registered Architect status in NSW, or working towards registration.
- Proven experience delivering town house, multi-residential or multi-dwelling residential projects.
- Strong understanding of Housing SEPP, LEPs, DCPs and NSW planning frameworks.
- Knowledge of the Design and Building Practitioners Act.
- Advanced Revit skills and strong technical documentation capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
