We’re looking for motivated Dairy Cattle Farm Operators to join our tight-knit team.

Job responsibilities

- Running, monitoring, and maintaining our milking systems and dairy equipment.
- Identifying, reporting equipment faults and performing basic maintenance and adjustments.
- Keeping a watchful eye on herd health and behavior to ensure top-tier, proactive care.
- Safely operating farm machinery, performing daily pre-start checks, and handling minor maintenance
- Reading and recording milk vat temperatures, cow numbers, milk yields, and other farm data.
- Using farm management software to maintain precise records on feed inventory, milk yields,



and herd data.
- Applying practical agricultural knowledge to everyday tasks, supporting our artificial insemination breeding programs, and assisting with pasture management and fertilizer application.
- Working closely with the crew to keep the farm running smoothly while strictly following WHS guidelines.

What we are looking for

- Previous hands-on dairy experience or relevant agricultural qualifications are highly regarded.
- Can work independently just as well as you pitch in with the team.
- Able to follow procedures, solve routine problems, and use initiative when required.
- Pay attention to the little details and manage your time well.
- Have the physical fitness and stamina required to handle the active, daily demands of dairy farming
