The ideal candidate and role;

- CA/CPA Qualified with significant Business Services and Tax and Advisory experience in your career to date

- Capable of undertaking a future leadership position within the firm, 2nd only to the director

- A people person, gifted with emotional intelligence and a one team attitude

- Open to networking and meeting new clients

- Highly skilled in complex tax and advisory work such as restructuring and project work for complex groups

- Capable of high-level technical training to upskill other teams

- Someone who gains excellent job satisfaction in helping Australian businesses thrive
