Tasked with helping to build 7 buildings mixed of industrial and commercial buildings, this is an prospect to join an established team on a significant regional project with immediate commencement.
The Job Description
Working on-site in Busselton, this is a hands-on, non-entry-level role suited for someone who has proven experience with final-trim operations using a posi-track. Because this position focuses on precision finishing, you will need exceptional attention to detail and complete comfort operating either by sight, with lasers, or via GPS.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Final-trim and earthmoving operations on civil Sub-division projects using a posi-track
- Operating machinery confidently and accurately using sight, laser guidance systems, or GPS technology.
- Maintaining rigorous attention to detail to ensure tight tolerances and project specifications are met consistently.
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced construction environment while adhering strictly to site safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with site supervisors and project teams to keep earthworks moving smoothly.
