About the Role:

- Cooking and catering for the camp
- Handle food prep, stores, shopping
- Collaborate with a close team and apply creative cooking techniques
- Ensure protected food practices while providing nutritious meals to camp

You’ll need:

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cooking (or equivalent qualification)
- Site experience and C Class Driver's License
- Knowledge of Safe Food Practices




- Ability to plan and create a menu
- Experience in higher-end food preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and provide police clearance
