About the Role
We're looking for an Early Career Occupational Therapist to join our Mount Gambier team. Open to full-time and part-time.

You'll be working across home, school and community settings, supporting NDIS participants across the lifespan. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support colleagues, with strong virtual connections to the wider Avina network.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants with disability, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and global developmental delay
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community and clinic
- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
