I'm recruiting for a Clinic-based Speech Pathologist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work with the clients they're genuinely passionate about. Whether you enjoy paediatrics or a mixed caseload, you'll have the opportunity to shape your workload around your interests and lifestyle.

The Role

- Deliver Speech Pathology services across paeds
- Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and expertise
- Complete assessments, therapy, reports, and goal-focused intervention
- Work independently while maintaining flexibility over your diary and workload

- $90–$130 per hour OR $85k-$115k + Super depending on experience

- Set your own schedule and availability

About You

- SPA Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (or eligible)
- Experience working independently within community or NDIS settings preferred
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care
