We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join the team!
You will have the prospect to work with a diverse clientele in various Commercial Fitout and shopfitting projects.
Expectations of the role;
- Oversee the overall management of multiple fit-out projects.
- Lead and guide a team of Contract Administrators and contractors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, staff, and contractors.
- Manage all project aspects from inception to final completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review and address changes to scope, variations, and defects.
- Conduct site visits as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all WH&S; regulations.
Experience and skills;
- A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the commerical, hospitality and retail fit-out industry.
- Proven ability to maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including subcontractors.
- In-depth understanding of Australian Building Standards.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to enforce site safety.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and managing priorities.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
