The Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee day-to-day plant operations across production, safety, quality, and people management. This is a hands-on leadership role with full site exposure — from production scheduling and WHS compliance to team development and month-end reporting. You will be a key decision-maker on site and a direct pathway candidate for the Business Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant operations and lead production scheduling to meet output targets
- Monitor site performance across production, cost, quality, and safety metrics
- Lead, develop, and manage production staff and contractors on-site
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, compliance, and team performance

You Will Have

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
- Demonstrated team leadership in an operational environment




- Robust WHS knowledge — audits, incident management, and compliance
- Administrative and reporting capability, including budget and cost awareness
- Mechanical or technical understanding (highly regarded); timber/industrial background advantageous
