Chatswood | Full-Time | 38 Hours | $67,500 + Super

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.

This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team and helping drive the store forward. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store and support the team in achieving its goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, coach and motivate the team on the shop floor
• Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front and set the standard for the team
• Support team development, training and performance
• Assist with rostering, stock, VM and store operations
• Step up and take ownership of the store when required
• Help create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor experience
• A confident and hands-on leadership style
• Strong sales and customer service focus
• Someone who enjoys coaching and developing people
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Sports, footwear or lifestyle retail experience is highly regarded
