Ready to lead a store where people, performance and product come together?

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a fantastic team for a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.

This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves being on the floor, developing their team and creating a store customers want to come back to. You’ll have real ownership of the store, with the support of a well-established global business behind you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead, coach and develop your team
• Drive sales and deliver against store targets
• Create an exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front and stay connected to your team
• Coach and develop your people to reach their potential
• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
• Maintain strong standards across stock, VM and operations
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





• Previous Store Manager experience
• A confident, hands-on people leader
• Strong commercial and sales focus
• Someone who enjoys coaching and developing a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace
• Sports, footwear or lifestyle experience is highly regarded
