We're looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our passionate team in a modern, state-of-the-art dealership. You'll become the go-to expert for customers, riders, and technicians, helping keep motorcycles on the road while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive, motorcycle, or related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- The ability to accurately identify, source, and interpret parts requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confidence working with parts catalogues, stock systems, and point-of-sale software
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Harley-Davidson or motorcycle industry experience highly regarded, but not essential

What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our Parts Department, you will:





- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories
- Build strong product knowledge across our parts, accessories, and merchandise range
- Provide exceptional service both in person and over the phone
- Interpret parts requirements accurately and efficiently
- Support service technicians with parts availability and ordering requirements
- Process sales transactions, special orders, and customer enquiries
- Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock deliveries
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control processes
- Ensure the parts showroom remains organised, well-stocked, and presented to a high standard
