The Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager – Queensland, you will be managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing growth from existing customers, and actively seeking new opportunities targeted within the assigned technology categories, including unified communications (UC).

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales budgets by maximising all brands in assigned categories
- Maintain minimum periodic customer sales activity points and enter interactions with all customers in CRM transactions
- Develop strong relationships with customers and their stakeholders
- Create and maintain strategic account plan for each assigned customer
- Identify growth opportunities within Queensland territory to meet and exceed Branch budgets
- Forecast and track key account metrics

You will have:

You will have proven experience in sales (retail or distribution) or account management, and a sound understanding and knowledge of selling technologies, including Unified Communications (UC). Your other skills and experience will include:

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs




- Able to work in a team and independently to achieve sales and profit targets
- Robust experience working with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel is a must)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and deadlines
- Must have own transport and valid driver's licence
