Hendersons Educational Services (Hendersons) is a Melbourne-based education provider specialising in exam preparation for students seeking entry into selective schools, academic scholarship programs, and accelerated learning pathways such as SEAL and high achiever programs. About the Role

Hendersons Educational Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales and Administration Coordinator to join our team in Hawthorn.

This role is ideal for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with families, students and educators while balancing sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities. As one of the key public faces of Hendersons, you will play an important role in supporting enrolments, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.

Working closely with the Administration and Management teams, you will contribute to exceptional client experiences and support positive educational outcomes for our students.

The Senior Sales and Administration Coordinator role is a 4-5 day per week role including either Saturdays or Sundays or both.

Salary will reflect the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing students, parents and teachers

- Manage inbound enquiries and support the enrolment process from initial contact through to commencement

- Provide outstanding customer service and relationship management to clients and stakeholders

- Champion Hendersons' vision, mission and values in every interaction

- Coordinate customer scheduling, bookings and general administrative activities

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and administrative documentation

- Coordinate teaching and learning resources and session setup

- Support sales activities and contribute to student enrolment targets

- Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming office environment

- Ensure all interactions reflect Hendersons' high standards of professionalism and service

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in retail or sales and administration

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Experience using the Microsoft 365 Suite, including: Excel, Outlook, Word

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously,



while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

- Professional, honest and respectful conduct

- A positive, team-oriented approach

- A learner-centric mindset aligned with Hendersons' educational philosophy

- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one

Desirable Skills and Experience

The following will be highly regarded:

- Experience creating and coordinating social media marketing content

- Social media platform management experience

- Knowledge of the Victorian education system

- Ability to speak a second language (bilingual or multilingual applicants encouraged to apply)
