What your week looks like at MLEA

MLEA Kids is a mobile, community based service. Your work will take you into homes, schools and community settings, with report writing from home or the office and time to connect with your team on office days... no two days are the same! Your caseload may include:

- Functional assessments & intervention planning

- Sensory processing, play-based and developmental therapy

- School readiness and fine/gross motor support

- Assistive technology & equipment prescription

- NDIS reports and goal setting

- Optional: home mods and complex-needs work, if you'd like to build on it

Alongside your caseload, you'll be the person junior OTs come to for guidance, supervise students on placement on occasion and sit on our amazing senior team with a voice in how our paeds service is run.
