Summer's coming and we're gearing up for our busiest season of the year — and we want you on the team.

Kalis Group is home to some of Tasmania's most-loved hospitality venues: Black Buffalo, Beltana, Cooley's, Beachfront Bicheno, Base Camp Kitchen and Kingston Hotel. If you love a fast-paced summer atmosphere, great teams, and being part of the action, we want to hear from you.

We're hiring casuals across all six venues for the following roles:

- Front of House — bar and bistro staff

- Back of House — kitchen hands, food prep, chefs and cooks

- Food Runners

- Gaming & TAB — including Keno and TAB operators

What we're looking for

- Weekend and night availability is essential — summer in hospitality means our busiest shifts are Friday and Saturday nights and weekends, and we need people who can reliably work these

- A great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you





- Current or willing to obtain your RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) — required for FOH and gaming roles

- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) and Senior Keno certification highly regarded for gaming/TAB roles

- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential — we'll train the right people
