About the role:
The Senior P&C; Partner partners with Executive and Senior Leaders to deliver strategic people priorities that enhance organisational performance, capability and culture. The role provides expert advice and contemporary people solutions, translating organisational priorities and workforce insights into effective strategies and initiatives.
Operating at a senior level, the role influences decision-making and leads the delivery of workforce planning, change, talent and succession, culture, performance, remuneration, workplace relations, wellbeing and recruitment initiatives. Working collaboratively across the University, the position drives high-impact outcomes, builds organisational capability, and ensures effective governance, risk management and compliance.
As a Senior People & Culture Partner, you will:
- Lead delivery of strategic priorities and organisational outcomes.
- Translate complex insights into clear strategies, plans and actions.
- Drive a culture of integrity, inclusion, accountability and high performance.
- Make impactful decisions and ensure effective governance, risk and compliance.
- Lead collaboration and influence stakeholders to achieve university-wide outcomes.
- Build strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value and capability.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience
- Experience leading major functions, portfolios or strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capability
- Demonstrated ability to influence at executive level
