About the Role:

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead the full retail and spa experience: driving sales, elevating service, and developing a high‑performing team. You’ll bring hands‑on leadership, a passion for premium skincare, and a commitment to creating unforgettable moments for every customer.

Paid above award rate of $34.23 - $42.80 equivalent annual base salary of $71,096

What You'll Lead:

Customer Experience & Sales

- Deliver Jurlique’s signature experience with warmth, expertise and authenticity.
- Coach your team to exceed KPIs and create meaningful customer connections.
- Share our heritage, product benefits and spa rituals with confidence.
- Grow loyalty through the Jurlique Insiders Program.
- Maintain a welcoming, solution‑focused workplace that reflects our brand.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor and inspire your team to perform at their best.
- Build capability through coaching, regular check‑ins and clear communication.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Role‑model Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours every day.

Operations & Administration

- Oversee daily operations, spa bookings (Timely), and visual merchandising.
- Ensure WHS compliance, stock accuracy and adherence to store standards.
- Prepare sales reports, manage payroll and build effective rosters.
- Maintain a clean,



organised and inspiring store environment.

About You:

- Proven retail management experience, ideally in luxury, beauty or wellness.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.
- Confident in coaching, performance management and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.
- Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred); TAE (advantageous).
- Highly organised, commercially minded and results‑driven.
- Passionate about holistic wellness and natural skincare.
- Inspiring communicator with a supportive leadership style.
- Skilled roster planner with exceptional attention to detail.
