Practitioner - Family Services

Join our Family Services team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and families.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Practitioner to provide case management, risk assessment, outreach and family support services to vulnerable families. Working within a child-focused, family-centred framework, you will partner with families, Child Protection and key stakeholders to improve safety, stability and wellbeing outcomes.

About You

- Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood or a related discipline.
- Experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
- Solid understanding of child development, trauma, Child Protection and family violence frameworks, including MARAM.
- Demonstrated skills in assessment, case management, intervention planning and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Full Victorian Driver Licence.
