- Part time Position - Minimum 24 hours per week
- Weekend Work and Rotating Roster

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

- Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.

- Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items.

- Moves product filled oven racks. Un-trays product from baking pans onto packaging. Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements; stacks used baking pans on pan dollies.

- Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheets.

- Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual.

- Uses racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets. Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.

- Assists with other bakery duties as needed.





- Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.

- Completes and complies with Costco policies of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all Safety training required by warehouse and department.

- Assists with monthly inventory

Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

- Assists with front end duties as necessary.

- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.

*Heavy Lifting is required in this role*

Must be available to work a rotating roster, including AM & PM & weekends.
