Full-time Warehouse Process Worker - Join the Whif Team in Brendale, Queensland!

As a Warehouse Process Worker, you'll play a key role across production, warehouse, and dispatch from filling and prepping perfume bottles to picking, packing, and organising customer orders. This is a great opportunity for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Production

● Assist with mixing, filtering, and preparing perfume compounds under instruction

● Operate filling equipment and fill 2mL, 10mL, and 50mL bottles to batch instructions

● Insert atomisers, secure lids, and apply labels accurately

● Conduct quality checks on fill accuracy, label placement, and packaging

● Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations between batches

● Handle ethanol and fragrance compounds safely in line with WHS requirements

Warehouse & Dispatch

● Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

● Receive, unload, and store incoming goods and materials

● Maintain inventory records and assist with stocktakes

● Prepare bulk wholesale orders and support peak sales periods

Packaging & Presentation

● Build and assemble products, packaging, gift packs, and bundles

● Ensure all products meet Whif's presentation standards

General

● Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

● Using warehouse machinery including (pouring machine, labelling, walk-behind, palette jack)

● Follow all health and safety procedures

● Provide great service to internal and external stakeholders





● Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

- Forklift license is preferred

- Comfortable being involved in our social media videos..
