About the Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the team in Torrington, Toowoomba. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in production, manufacturing, or precast environments who can coordinate daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure labour, materials, equipment, and resources are aligned to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily production activities, schedules, labour, materials, and equipment to meet targets.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to manage delays and changing priorities.
- Liaise with supervisors, production teams, transport, and management to ensure effective workflow.
- Review production orders and ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate moulds, reinforcing steel, concrete, pours, curing, finishing, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate production records, schedules, stock movements, and reporting documentation.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in production,



manufacturing, or precast environments.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.
- Experience coordinating labour, teams, materials, and production resources.
- Ability to interpret production plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organisational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screen.
