Job Description

CCIG Investments Pty Ltd t/a Daydream Island Resort is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Daydream Island. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or other dining areas
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Assist with setting up for events, functions, and special occasions as required
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times




- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Contribute to a positive working environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of service at all times

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry would be advantageous.
