We're seeking applicants for an Announcer & Operations Support role within our team at Power FM NSW.
Power FM is all about fun, energy and great music, keeping listeners connected to what's happening across their local communities. This is a unique opportunity to be on-air, playing the best music across multiple markets, including Bega, Nowra and Muswellbrook, while also supporting programming and promotions.
Based in Bega, you'll enjoy a coastal lifestyle that many only dream about, with some of Australia's most beautiful beaches on your doorstep, Canberra just a couple of hours away when you need some retail therapy, and easy access to the rest of the country via Merimbula Airport.

About the role:
- Conduct live and voice-tracked on-air shifts across the Power FM network as rostered.
- Create engaging, entertainment-led talk breaks and segments that reflect the Power FM brand,
music positioning and audience lifestyle.
- Support local programming and promotions activity for the Bega team, including audio content preparation, scheduling, and helping bring great ideas to life on-air and in the community.
- Extend on-air content into digital and social platforms to build deeper audience engagement and shareability.
About you:
- A passion for great radio and creating content that connects with audiences.
- Creative, engaging and able to deliver relevant, entertaining content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in on-air radio presenting and using the Zetta playout system is essential.
- Experience with G-Selector, Audata and Microsoft Office programs is desirable.
