Seeking an Architect with 3-5 years post-grad experience across high-end, Class 1 projects. North Sydney location, salary up to $110K plus super.

Our client is a Sydney-based design and construction company specialising in bespoke architectural homes across the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore of Sydney. Known for its integrated design-and-build approach, they combine creativity, quality, and innovation to create exceptional homes tailored to each client's unique vision.

About the Role

Our Client is looking for a Graduate of Architecture join their office located in North Sydney. You will be directly involved in the complete design and documentation of bespoke homes, joining a team of highly experienced individuals and a growing Design and Construct Builder in Sydney's local residential market.

Duties:

- Run and participate in design meetings with customers
- Create conceptual drawings and designs, ensuring that you are taking into considering budget and local planning/zone requirements
- Production of drawings and plans to meet client specifications, tenders and variations
- Provide design solutions where required
- Ensure that documentation is compliant with codes, guidelines,



standards and regulations including quality checks
- Comprehensive understanding of NCC and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and the internal support team

Skills & Experience

- A Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency and highly skilled with Revit or AutoCAD
- Minimum 3-5 years post graduate experience as an Architect or Building Designer
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Prior local experience working across bespoke, high-end homes from concept design, construction drawings, renders, variations, 3D renders, council plans etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of BCA, NCC and planning controls
