Leading a small team in a growing company!

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end budgeting, rolling forecasting, scenario modelling and long-range planning cycle for the group
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting, dashboards, KPIs and performance commentary across a portfolio of operating entities
- Lead and develop a small high-performing team - setting priorities, managing workload allocation and overseeing delivery across the FP&A; function
- Drive cost analysis, variance reporting and the identification of efficiency and margin improvement opportunities across the business
- Support the evaluation of capital expenditure and investment decisions through robust business cases, financial modelling and post-implementation reviews
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to business leaders across subsidiaries and functions,



translating financial performance into transparent and actionable insight
- Contribute to Board, Executive and committee reporting through well-structured analysis and commercially grounded recommendations

Experience:

- A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years + experience across accounting and finance.
- Ability to work with a wide range of clients / stakeholders and grow the service.
- Experience within a range of finance systems and strong EXL Modelling.
