What's on Offer
- Contract/Engagement: Initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension option.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy high-quality corporate dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI and advanced visualisation tools.
- Architect and implement robust ETL and data preparation processes (dataflows, pipelines, notebooks) within Microsoft Fabric.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with diverse business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable analytics solutions.
- Define, implement, and enforce organisation-wide data modelling standards, DAX best practices, and reporting governance framework.
- Evaluate data quality, identify structural constraints, and provide expert design advice to ensure accurate, meaningful presentation of information.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology leaders and business groups to establish a scalable,
unified reporting repository.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Technical Toolkit: Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS), Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouses, deployment pipelines), SQL, and enterprise ETL/data transformation principles.
- Experience: Demonstrated track record leading complex data visualisation and reporting initiatives in enterprise environments, including hands-on experience with star schema modeling and release management.
- Core Capabilities: Superior stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into intuitive UX/UI design for non-technical audiences.

- Security Clearance: Due to the secure nature of this environment, candidates must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
