Operating across multiple farm sites and 42 hectares of hydroponically grown strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, we're committed to producing premium quality fresh berries for the Australian market.

About the role

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Spray Operator to join our team across our Exton and Christmas Hills sites. This role is key to protecting crop health and supporting quality berry production through the accurate and safe application of chemicals across our farms.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix and apply chemicals (fungicides, pesticides, herbicides) according to label instructions and farm spray program

- Operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring it's calibrated and in good working order

- Monitor crops for pests, disease and nutrient issues, reporting findings to the Agronomy team

- Maintain accurate spray records, including chemical usage, application rates, and weather conditions

- Follow all safety, chemical handling and environmental compliance procedures

- Store and handle chemicals safely and in line with regulations

- Work closely with the Agronomy and Farm Operations teams to support crop protection plans





- Travel between Exton and Christmas Hills sites as required

About You

- Hold a current ChemCert or equivalent chemical handling certification (essential or willing to obtain)

- Previous experience in a spray operator or similar agricultural role (desirable)

- Robust attention to detail and record-keeping skills

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently

- Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Willingness to work across multiple farm sites

- Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia
