Commercial Furniture Installer / Installation Assistant

Immediate Start | Adelaide SA | $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience

assembld. is an Adelaide-based commercial installation company specialising in furniture installation, workplace fitouts and creating spaces that work.

Due to a strong and growing workload, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Installation Assistant / Furniture Installer to join our team for an immediate start.

You don’t need to be a qualified tradesperson. We’re looking for someone who is practical, confident with tools, physically capable and takes pride in doing a job properly.

The role

Working across commercial sites throughout Adelaide, you’ll assist with:

- Commercial furniture installation and assembly

- Office and workplace fitouts

- Unloading, moving and positioning furniture

- Using hand and power tools

- Reading basic plans and following installation instructions

- General installation and site support

- Working alongside our team, clients and other trades on site

What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in furniture installation, construction, fitouts, cabinet making, carpentry, removals or another hands-on role

- Confidence using hand and power tools

- Current White Card

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport





- Good practical and problem-solving skills

- The physical ability to safely perform manual work

- Good communication and presentation

- A robust work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
