Trade Qualified Carpenter required for Immediate Start as a Site Supervisor. Position is full time with long term ongoing work in the Commercial Sector for a Local Family Business. As a key member of the team, you will have 10+ years experience on site including some time as either a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor. You will be expected to have input into the Construction Schedule together with the requirement to place orders for materials as needed and coordinate on site trades. The role will report to the business owners.

As the successful candidate, you will need the following:

• Trade Qualifications

• Current drivers license with your own vehicle and tools

• Self motivation to work independently and as part of our team

• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and documents

• Computer literacy

• High personal regard for workplace safety for themselves and others working with them

• Construction White card

• QBCC Site Supervisors License (Preferred or Obtainable)

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Have a fine eye for detail and complete work to a high standard
