About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented staff member to join our production team. You will be involved in the day-to-day operation in Promotional Products and Apparel and helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Liaise direct with customers

- Operate and monitor machinery (direct to film, digital printing, sublimation and heat-transfer equipment)

- Carry out basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting

- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure work area in line with health & safety standards

- Assist with packaging, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch

- Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve issues quickly

About you





- Previous experience in textile printing, garment manufacturing, or a similar production environment

- Graphic design experience is an advantage

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

- Good colour vision and attention to detail

- Physically fit – role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and manual handling

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
