HSE Advisors - Mining & Construction Projects

C.E.M. Alliance is currently seeking multiple HSE Advisors to support major Construction & Mining projects in the Pilbara, with further upcoming opportunities across the WA resources sector.

About the Role

- Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, safe‑work procedures, and HSE standards in accordance with the project specific HSE Management Plans.
- Provide specialist guidance on risk assessments, safety documentation, incident investigations, and accident reporting
- Lead internal and third‑party HSE audits, support with tender and pre-qualification documentation
- Play an active role in the delivery of weekly toolbox, daily prestart sessions, and HSE inspections on site

About You





- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
- CPR/LVR Certificate (within 12 months)
- First Aid Certificate (within 2 years)
- Rio inducted (beneficial)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mining or construction (open-pit, civil, or infrastructure projects)
- Robust communicator, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Able to pass full medical
