About the Role

Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic.

We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and great multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand new with contemporary workflows and stunning design.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
- Front reception, greeting and billing patients
- Managing online bookings
- Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
- Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
- Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
- Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims
