At School Plus, you'll support school-aged children (5-12 years) in Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs, creating engaging experiences where children can play, learn and grow.
Based at our service located within Yarrabilba State School, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues, while also gaining experience across other School Plus services when needed.

- Support engaging play-based experiences that encourage learning, creativity and fun
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Uphold our commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Work split shifts across our Before and After School Care programs
Before School Care: 6:00am - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Holiday Programs: 6:00am - 6:00pm
Pupil Free Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm

About You
We welcome educators with a range of recognised qualifications and experiences, including School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, Teaching, Community Services, Youth Work, Sport and Coaching, Disability Support, Recreation and related fields.
Whether you're studying, qualified, returning to the workforce, or looking for a meaningful career change, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll Also Have, or Be Willing to Obtain:
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis/Asthma qualifications
- Experience working with children in education, care, coaching, recreation or community settings (desirable)
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport (highly desirable)
