We're looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team across Nambucca, Valla and South Arm.
You'll support people with disability in their everyday lives, helping them build independence, stay connected to their community and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role:
You'll provide person-centred support across a range of daily activities, including:

- Personal care
- Daily living support
- Community access
- Domestic tasks
- Meal preparation
- Complex support needs

Shift availability:
Regular shifts are available between 8:00am and 6:00pm. You will need to be available within this timeframe, with opportunities for additional shifts depending on client requirements.
Skills & Experience Disability support experience is highly regarded, particularly experience with:

- Complex Bowel
- Manual Handling
- Mental Health
- Autism Awareness
- Diabetes




- Mobility Support
- Pressure and Wound Care

We're looking for people who are caring, dependable, professional and passionate about supporting people with disability.
Pay Rates E3.1 Casual – In-Home and SIL

SCHADS Award rates before tax, including casual loading:

- Monday–Friday: $36.81/hr
- Afternoon: $40.49/hr
- Active Night: $41.23/hr
- Saturday: $51.54/hr
- Sunday: $66.26/hr
- Public Holiday: $80.99/hr

What You'll Need
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check – Employee
