We're a growing accounting firm providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients. We're looking for someone who is motivated, takes pride in their work and wants to build a successful career in public practice.

Whether you're just starting out or already have several years of experience, we'll tailor the role to your current skills and provide the opportunity to continue developing.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in a broad range of accounting and taxation work, including:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns

- Preparing and assisting with BAS, IAS and other compliance work

- Assisting with tax planning and business advisory

- Bookkeeping and accounting tasks

- Communicating with clients and assisting with their queries

- Liaising with the ATO and other government agencies

- Assisting with the management of client work and deadlines

- Identifying issues and opportunities to add value for clients

For a more experienced candidate, there will be greater responsibility, client ownership and opportunities to take on more complex work.

For a graduate or junior candidate, we'll provide the training and support needed to build your technical knowledge and confidence.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has completed, or is completing, an accounting degree or relevant qualification

- Has an interest in accounting, taxation and business





- Is motivated to learn and develop

- Has strong attention to detail

- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Communicates well with clients and colleagues

- Takes responsibility and pride in their work

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Wants to build a long-term career in accounting

Experience in public practice and knowledge of Xero, MYOB or other accounting software will be highly regarded, but we are open to the right candidate at different stages of their career.
