Kick Back Brewing is looking for a capable and reliable casual chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be involved in preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard, working across prep and service shifts, maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen, supporting the kitchen team during busy services, assisting with stock rotation, preparation and general kitchen duties, and contributing positively to the culture and smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with stock rotation, preparation and general kitchen duties

- Contributing positively to the culture and smooth operation of the kitchen

About you

- Has previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen

- Is calm,



organised and dependable under pressure

- Takes pride in consistency, presentation and cleanliness

- Communicates well and works collaboratively

- Can work independently when required

- Is available for a mix of weekday, evening and weekend shifts

- Has reliable transport to Aldinga

- Holds Australian working rights

- A relevant cookery qualification is preferred, although strong practical kitchen experience will also be considered
