What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email,

chat, and in person at the trade counter.

• Inbox Management: Monitor and action incoming sales emails efficiently.

• Order Processing: Accurate entry of orders, managing product returns, issuing

refunds, and updating customer account details.

• Problem Solving:



Resolve customer issues and complaints using clear

communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Trade Counter Assistance: Provide friendly, face-to-face service to visiting trade

customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Active listening skills with a helpful, empathetic approach.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.

• Bonus: Personal access to a pool (or having a pool at home) is advantageous,

though not mandatory!
